THE club can confirm this afternoon that Noel Brindle has put pen to paper on a first-team contract with the Magpies ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Noel, 17, is a graduate of the Chorley FC Education programme and has been a mainstay in the club youth set up for several years now.
A hard-working midfielder, Noel has played a big part in the club's U19 BTEC side who won the title this season, in partnership with the Steven Gerrard Academy.
Noel made his first competitive appearance for the club against Solihull Moors in the FA Trophy back in 2023/24. He has appeared on the bench (first-team) on a handful of occasions.
Andy Preece had the following to say regarding Noel.
"Noel has progressed again this season and played regularly at Step 4 on loan.
He takes any challenge in his stride and I wouldn't be surprised if he breaks into the first team at some point this season."
We hope you will join us in looking forward to seeing more of Noel in the famous black and white shirt!
