THE Chorley FC Football Scholarship Programme takes young people on a two-year journey of elite training, high quality competitive matches, outstanding education and high quality outcomes. 

The programme is in association with Steven Gerrard Academy, who support the Magpies in offering young people access to the Chorley FC Football Pathway, university courses, USA scholarships and global coaching opportunities.

While on the programme students can study a BTEC Level-3 Extended Diploma in Sport, gain significant work experience and open up a professional network for future employment. Additionally, course participants can study A-Levels as a part of the school sixth form provision.

In support of the education is an elite football programme whereby the students train three times a week and play competitive fixtures in the National League Under-19 Alliance (with some home games played at the Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium), AOC Invitation Combination and the North West Youth Alliance.
