OUR final pre-season friendly takes place on Tuesday. under the lights at the Grant Store Victory Park Stadium, as we host a Manchester City XI.
Last time out, the Magpies ranout 0-2 winners away at Ashton United thanks to a spectacular volley from Momodou Touray and a curling effort from Trialist A.
The previous meeting between the two sides, 12-months ago ended in a 5-3 win for Andy Preece's side.

"I'd like to first and foremost thank Manchester City for fulfilling this fixture again with us this season. Last year, was a fantastic game in front of a great crowd and we're all hoping for the same again this time around.
We've had a great pre-season so far and this is our final test ahead of Saturday's curtain raiser at Peterborough Sports. This, again, will be a tough test for us and there will be plenty of lessons to be learnt and things to look at before, during and after the game."
