CHORLEY FC Youth are looking to appoint a lead coach (or coaching team) to launch and develop our new U11 team and U17s Sunday team for the 2026/27 season.
Our U11s play in the Junior Premier League on Saturdays. We are pleased to confirm that our U17s have secured a place in the NWYA U17s development league – the best U17s league in the North West!
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive, ambitious club with a clear focus on player development, high‑quality coaching, and long‑term pathways.
The role will suit someone who:
- Is passionate about developing young players.
- Can create a positive, challenging and supportive environment.
- Wants to be part of a well‑structured youth pathway from U11s through to U18s and beyond.
- Is keen to work within a club that values development over short‑term results.
We welcome applications from all suitable candidates, including experienced academy/grassroots coaches and committed parent coaches who are keen to develop themselves and players within a strong club framework.
Coaches will be supported by:
- An established youth structure.
- Experienced staff within the club.
- Access to competitive leagues and excellent development opportunities.
- Exciting long‑term plans for new facilities in Chorley.
Further details, including application and onboarding information, will be shared shortly.
