BACK home this weekend with a bit of catching up to do after a difficult mini road trip yielded a solitary point from games against Peterborough Sports & Kidderminster Harriers.
However, the Magpies (14th, 18pts) are undefeated in nine league games at the Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium (with just five home league defeats in 33 games going back to October 2020) and are looking to make it three straight home wins against Farsley Celtic (19th, 13pts).
Picking up results at home is very important. Our record at home over the last year and a half is excellent and we’re looking to continue our undefeated streak as we head into an important run of games – Andy Preece
Farsley Celtic (farsleyceltic.com)
- Founded 2010 (Originally 1908)
- Manager Russ Wilcox (since Jan 2022)
- Last Season 21st in Vanarama National League North (37pts)

Connor Hall rolls home at The Citadel in February
Millenic Alli rose highest to head home a late winner at HQ last October, as the Magpies came from behind to take all three points. Lewis Turner’s early first half opener initially cancelled out by Billy Whitehouse.
February’s return fixture at The Citadel produced a downpour of goals and rain as the sides shared the points in a 3-3 draw. Jimmy Spencer, Will Hayhurst & Adam Clayton for the Celts; Billy Whitehouse, Connor Hall & Adam Blakeman on target for the Magpies.
