Last time out, the Magpies ran out 1-0 winners away at Curzon Ashton in the league - thanks to a Justin Johnson goal.

Justin Johnson celebrates his goal against Curzon Ashton (David Airey)

“First-half I thought we were so good, to come to Curzon who are a more possession-based team - done really well this season… how we controlled that was excellent, especially coming off the back of the Tamworth game” - Andy Preece

Runcorn come into this game off the back of first a 2-2 away draw to Charnock Richard, before running out 3-2 winners in the replay in dramatic fashion - in stoppage time of extra time.

The Linnets lost their last game on penalties to Witton Albion, an FA Trophy first qualifying round tie.
