CHORLEY Football Club are delighted to announce that the Grant Store Victory Park Stadium will serve as the home ground for Bolton Wanderers Women during their 2025/26 campaign.

The move marks a significant milestone for Wanderers Women as they prepare to step into Tier 5 of the women’s football pyramid, following a remarkable double-winning season. It also represents an exciting collaboration between two ambitious clubs, united by a shared vision for growth in the women’s game.

Wanderers Women are already familiar with Victory Park, having played three fixtures with us last season and doing so in impressive style. Myles Smith’s side went unbeaten in those matches, claiming victories over Tranmere Rovers and Preston North End along with a draw with Accrington Stanley, scoring an impressive 13 goals across the three fixtures.

Speaking about the move, Wanderers Women’s Manager Myles Smith praised the relationship built between the two clubs:

“Having worked with Chorley on a number of occasions last season, we already have a fantastic relationship in place, as we look to turn Victory Park into a fortress for us this season.

It is a place with huge potential for us to continue building, and we look forward to welcoming our outstanding fans – as well as hopefully many new supporters – to Chorley next season.”

Chorley FC Chief Executive Terry Robinson also expressed his delight at continuing the partnership:

“We’re thrilled to welcome Bolton Wanderers Women back to Victory Park for the upcoming season. The professionalism, ambition, and quality they bring is a credit to their club and to the wider women’s game.

Our experience working with them last season was extremely positive and we’re proud to provide a platform where they can continue their growth. We look forward to building on our relationship and sharing another exciting year of football together.”

From a Chorley FC perspective, this move reflects our commitment to supporting the development of women’s football in the region and opening up our facilities to foster success stories like that of Wanderers Women.

Welcome back, Bolton Wanderers Women – we can’t wait to see what this season brings.
