WE reach the final stage of our five-game NPL Premier Division pre-season odyssey this afternoon (3pm) with a visit to Radcliffe’s Neuven Stadium.

Lee Fowler’s side are just a week out from their 2020/21 campaign opener against Buxton and have already enjoyed a productive pre-season, including wins over Chester & Bury AFC.

What’s new?

Are we used to fans at football again? Get your tickets for this afternoon’s game online priced £7 adults, £5 over-65s & £3 under-16s or you can pay cash on the gate (Covid capacity in operation).

The Gaffer

We’ll be looking to build on the performance from Buxton on Tuesday against another strong Northern Premier League opponent in Radcliffe. I’m pleased with the overall fitness levels the players have been displaying and we’ve now worked on two different formations; we had another good session on Thursday evening as we began to integrate set piece routines and we’re looking forward to some more game time as the season gets closer Jamie Vermiglio 

Last time we met

During the 2010/11 NPL Division One North campaign, when the Magpies completed the double over Boro with 4-1 and 2-1 wins respectively.
