OUR loveable Mascot ‘Victor’ came up with an idea over the weekend and hopefully our fans, wherever they are across the world, will take part and help raise some valuable funds for the club.
Most people these days have a phone or watch which measures their exercise routine and many are proud of their ‘Personal Best’ or PB’s. Victor wants you to convert your energy – whether it be walking, running, cycling or mowing the grass – into cash to help the Magpies through the Coronavirus lockdown and help the club come back bigger and stronger than before. You can say ‘I played my part’.
Yesterday the Club’s Crowdfunder project (Help The Magpies Fly) launched, so it’s now down to you. Tell all your friends what you are doing and what you have achieved and get everyone you know to donate here.
Victor’s NOT asking you to break social distancing rules; you can run, walk, cycle or mow the lawn on your own during your one hour of exercise per day and see your efforts go to helping the Magpies. There is no organised route for your exercise and whether you live in Chorley, Inverness, Eastbourne, Berlin, Panama or New York… you can take part.
Up for it? GREAT!!! Any questions? Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Now go for it. Oh, and the finishing date is the day before the next scheduled home game so you can keep fit, look good and help us.
