THE Magpies (24th, 26pts) travel to Kent for a bottom of the table clash with..

Who: Ebbsfleet United Football Club (23rd, 30pts); Founded in 1946 and managed by Kevin Watson (1st season), Fleet struggled during the early part of the season before a change in manager gave fresh impetus to a team, like the Magpies, still looking upwards to safety.

What: Vanarama National League (Fixture #34)

Where: Stonebridge Road (or the Kuflink Stadium) (DA11 9GN)

When: Saturday, February 15 @ 3pm

One to forget for the Magpies as Fleet left Victory Park with a 4-0 midweek win back in late October. Marvin Ekpiteta, Gozie Ugwu (2) & Albie Morgan were on the scoresheet for the visitors.

This is a hugely significant game in our season. A victory would give us a massive boost going into the next four games, three of which are at home. We’ve been able to add to the squad again with another quality forward in Alex Kiwomya joining to help us out. We’ll carry the belief that helped us secure a good result at Yeovil last time, and with the added time to train and rest we feel confident of our ability to pick up three points – Jamie Vermiglio
