CHORLEY FC are delighted to announce away travel is now available to book via our online shop for the trips to AFC Fylde (Aug 6), Sutton United (Aug 10), Maidenhead United (Aug 17), Notts County (Aug 26), Harrogate Town (Sept 3) & Dover Athletic (Sept 14).

With players, supporters, staff and volunteers set to travel the length and breadth of the country throughout the 2019/20 National League season, the Club’s board have been working hard to balance the increased cost of providing a supporters’ coach with the desire of The Magpies fans to follow the team in tier five of the English football pyramid for the first time in nearly 30 years.

To put the pricing into context we have based the categories below on the cost of hiring a coach (assessing a number of local and national coach operators), the cost of National Express & National Rail tickets to each of the locations, as well as the cost of fuel if supporters decided to drive themselves.

All the while we are trying to balance the demand for fans to get to away games with the necessity for the Club not to lose money on coach travel, ensuring Jamie Vermiglio has the maximum amount of funds available for his playing squad.

Operating on a break even basis our 23 away games will be categorised as follows..

Cat A (£40 adults/£32 accompanied u-16s) – All 13 matches in the south of England

Cat B (£25 adults/£20 accompanied u-16s) – Seven matches in the Midlands and north

Cat C (17.50 adults/£14 accompanied u-16s) – FC Halifax Town & Stockport County

Cat D (£10 adults/£8 accompanied u-16s) – AFC Fylde

For fans wishing to follow The Magpies on most, if not all, of the away days, we’re also offering an Away Travel Season Ticket option (£550) which can be paid in five Direct Debit instalments of £110 from July to November. This offers up to seven FREE journeys on the season.

Chorley FC is a non-league football club based in Lancashire, currently playing in the fifth tier of the English football pyramid.
