Come and meet your favourite Chorley FC players at a special event on Thursday, February 28 in association with Derian House Children’s Hospice.

Frederick’s Ice Cream Parlour on Bolton Road will play host between 5:30-7:30pm with Jamie Vermiglio, first team squad members and Victor Magpie all in attendance ready to pose for photos and sign merchandise for supporters.

Fans can also take advantage of half price ice cream, with a two scoop waffle available for just £2.50 on production of a flyer, available at our next two home matches against Ashton United (this afternoon) and Nuneaton Borough (Tuesday evening).

Firstly, I’d like to thank our long-standing sponsors Fredericks Ice Cream for coming up with the idea. I hope it proves popular and we see a good number of fans come down to meet the lads. There’ll be bucket collections on the night and a special auction with all proceeds being donated to Derian House.”

This event once again epitomises why we call ourselves a Magpie Family as we continue to grow and support the local community. The work Mick, Elaine and all the team at Derian House do is inspirational and we always like to help wherever we can. As a Club, we like to give something back to charities and strive to form true friendships – Josh Vosper (Commercial Manager, Chorley FC)
