Central Midfielder
In his first spell at the club Jamie rose from the reserve side to becomming club captain.
An energetic central midfielder, who can tackle and score goals, he made a huge impression on everyone at Victory Park and is was a big disappointment to see him leave in the summer of 2006 when he joined then Conference North side Scarborough, who were managed by former Chorley manager Mark Patterson. Twelve months later the Sea Dogs folded and Jamie moved on to the Bucks Head and played a key role in establishing Telford in non-leagues second tier.
He hit the national headlines in 2008 when he discovered he'd been played for most of the season with a broken back and continued to play despite being told to stop by specialists. Further investigation revealed the back injury wasn't as bad as first feared and Jamie returned to action just before the end of the 2008/09 season.
Jamie returned to Victory Park briefly in 2009/10 prior to joining Northwich, but during the summer of 2010 he turned down a contract offer with the Vics to join the Magpies for a third time
