James DEAN

STRIKER

The six-foot plus centre forward re-joined the Magpies in September 2013 from AFC Fylde and has been a regular goal scorer ever since.

In his previous spell he played predominantly in the reserves and at centre back, making a solitary substitute appearance during John Hughes reign as manager at Rocester in a 3-3 draw back in October 2004.

Since departing Victory Park he has gone on to make a name for himself has a striker with Clitheroe and Northwich Victoria before earning himself a move to football league side Bury.

During his spell at Gigg Lane and he loan spells at Altrincham, Stalybridge Celtic and Harrogate Town, being a regular scorer at each club before joining Halifax Town in 2009 on a permanent basis, playing big part in their rise back up the non-league pyramid before moving to AFC Fylde in 2012.

A big, fast and powerful striker, he is also a former kick-boxing champion, so should be a handful for any defence.

FORMER CLUBS: Clitheroe, Northwich Victoria, Bury, Altrincham, Stalybridge Celtic, Harrogate Town, Halifax Town, AFC Fylde
