FOOTBALL fans will embark on a £12,000 fund raising drive this week – to raise money for a new public address system. Chorley FC is asking fans to take part and help out.

Raising the roof

WORK has begun on replacing the roof of the main stand and is on schedule to be completed in time for our pre-season friendly with Bolton Wanderers on July 31st.

Season to now kick-off on Friday August 17th

FOLLOWING a request from Stocksbridge Park Steels, our opening game of the season will now take place on Friday August 17th at the Look Local Stadium, kick-off 7.45pm.

Ground improvements get underway

Starting tomorrow work will begin on the process of replacing the main stand roof, which was damaged during strong winds toward the end of last season. The work will be completed in time for the home friendly with Bolton Wanderers.

Also, a few repairs are being made to the flat roof of the social club which has sprung a leak or three during the wet summer.
