Stroll in seaside sun ends goalless

CHORLEY has a leisurely afternoon in Blackpool's seaside sun in a low key friendly with AFC Blackpool that ended goalless, click here for a brief report of the game.

It was a useful work out for the team against a committed North West Counties Premier Division side.

Matt Janson took part in the second half while Garry used the game to get valuable minutes in the legs of all the available squad members

Next up for the Magpies is almost exactly the same trip again, this time though to Bloomfield Road where we face Blackpool FC as part of their 125th anniversary celebration on Thursday evening.  Don't forget this game kicks off at the earlier than usual time of 7pm and admission prices are a bargain at just £4 for adults and £2 concessions.
