MATCH PREVIEW | Chorley v North Ferriby United

The Magpies (9th, 39pts) host Vanarama National League North bottom club North Ferriby United (22nd, 7pts) on Saturday looking to extend their unbeaten run to four matches, writes Alex Birch.

Matt Jansen’s side have turned their post-Christmas struggles into positive results over the last couple of weeks and remain in striking distance of the top seven with 17 games remaining. In contrast, a so far difficult campaign has the Villagers destined for the Evo-Stik Premier Division for the first time since 2013.

Team news

Matt Challoner has two games of his suspension remaining while Marcus Carver sits out with a one-game ban, otherwise Matt Jansen has a full squad to choose from.
