he club management reserve the right of admission to the ground. - All matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations of the football association and the football league and the laws of the game.
- Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or at a particular time and the club management reserve the right to change its advertised fixtures without notice or liability.
- No refund of any cash admission charge made at the turnstile will be made.
- At the club’s management discretion, refunds may be made in respect of tickets sold and paid for in advance of a match where such a match is postponed. This subject to a time limitation the details of which can be obtained from the club.
- The club management reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the ground, any person who refuses to be searched by a servant or agent of the club or any police officer.
- Fireworks, smoke canisters, knives, bottles, cans, flags, banners, poles and other similar articles or containers, which might be used as a weapon, are not permitted on the ground.
- The throwing of any object within the ground, unless authorised to do so in exceptional circumstances, is strictly forbidden and against the regulations.
- The use of foul and abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse towards any person is strictly forbidden and may constitute a breach of the peace.
- Unauthorised persons are strictly forbidden from entering upon the field of play or the surrounding track, unless advised to do so in an emergency.
- The moving from one enclosed pen or area of the ground to another without the permission of a steward, police officer or other authorised agent of the club is strictly forbidden.
- The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places and the standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden. Any person who persistently contravenes this regulation will be ejected from the ground.
- The climbing of floodlight pylons, stands or any structure within the ground is strictly forbidden.
- Unnecessary noise such as that from the use of radio or music players and behaviour likely to cause confusion or annoyance to any person is not permitted in any part of the ground.
- The consumption of intoxicating liquors is permitted only in places authorised in accordance with the sporting events (control of alcohol etc.) act, 1985.
- With the exception of persons authorised by the club management and press representatives holding official passes, the taking of photographs, video or DVD recordings inside the ground is prohibited.In addition, no recording for radio or television or for private purposes, whether for transmission or otherwise, is permitted except with the special authorisation in writing by the club management.
- Only persons specifically authorised in writing by the club management are permitted to distribute either without charge or offer for sale within the ground any newspaper, periodical or any other articles.
- Any person found defacing or damaging the property of the club would be prosecuted.
- Persons failing to comply with instructions from a steward, police officer or other authorised agent of the club will be ejected from the ground.
- The club management reserve the right for its servants, agents and police to remove from the ground any person who does not comply with these ground regulations, the rules and regulations of the football association and the football league, or whose presence within the ground is, or could reasonably be constructed as, constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other persons.
- Any persons attempting to gain admission to or being found within a section of the ground designated for “members only” without appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the ground CCTV is in use within the ground.
- All persons entering the ground are admitted only subject to their acceptance of the above ground regulations and the rules and regulations of the football association and the football league entry into the ground will constitute unqualified acceptance off all these rules and regulations
