Match RecapBrackley 2 Chorley 2

1st September 2018

The Magpies produced a stunning comeback to halt Brackley in their tracks. The home dominated the first half and went into the break two goals to the good. However, a change of shape in the second half led to Josh O’Keefe scoring twice from close range to gain a point for the league leaders.

That’s what he said

“I learnt a lot today about ourselves. We want to continue the run we are, but we can’t start the way we did. We were under the cosh for long periods of the first half and lucky to go in only two down. The second half; WOW. Confidence, composure, the difference was incredible. All over the pitch we were outstanding in the second 45 minutes” – Jamie Vermiglio
